About Tenerife Job Training
Tenerife Job Training was created with the aim of connecting people, education and international experiences through meaningful learning opportunities in Tenerife. Over 16 years, we have supported European students, teachers and organisations in their mobility journeys in Tenerife, combining professional development with culture, nature and non-formal education.
Our mission is to create memorable Erasmus+ experiences that inspire learning, collaboration and personal growth.

Founder & Director
With a background and passion for tourism I landed in Tenerife more than 25 years ago and worked in some of the most amazing hotels of this wonderful island.
In 2008 I founded Tenerife Job Training aiming to help students on their learning experiences abroad, specially when coming to The Canary Islands.
Today, after more than 13 years in this amazing project called TJT. I am still full of passion, with new ideas to keep working in Educational Tourism.
We have overcome the most difficult times in 2020 and now we are full of energy to keep working in #travellingtolearn and #learningbytravelling.

Paula
Erasmus+ Coordinator
Paula, born in Tenerife, has been part of our team since 2019. She has a degree in Tourism from the University of La Laguna and an expert in Communication, Marketing and Digital Commerce. During her career, she has worked as Revenue Management Assistant, contributing her knowledge to hotels and holiday accommodation in the south of Tenerife.
Her love for her land and her passion for tourism excellence have prompted her to be interested in educational tourism on the island. A type of tourism that, according to her, brings great benefits for both the tourist, in this case, our students, as for the receiving destination.
"Tenerife is the paradise of educational tourism: an island where more than 50 nationalities live together, with amazing landscapes, virgin nature, beaches and above all and most importantly: an island that will welcome you with open arms".
Adrián
Mobility Support
Graduated in audiovisuals and shows production, Adrián is the head of our marketing team. He’s been making content in social media since he was 14, and count with more than 65k followers between his socials.
He’s been working in tourism since he was 16. At different departments such as waiter at a couple 4 stars hotels, bell boy in luxury hotels…
Adrián did an Erasmus Experience himself, to finish his studies. He went to Galway, Ireland (country that he loves) and completed a 2 months Erasmus Internship in an audiovisual company called GK Media.
