Carnival 2020 - relive the magic

                       'No one ever made a difference by being like everyone else’

The Carnival of Santa Cruz de Tenerife 2020 proved that to be true once again. The Carnival swapped us off our feet with its creativity, unusual designs and explosion of colours.

Tenerife Job Training was delighted to welcome the students of Galway Technical Institute, Sligo College for Further Education and Blackrock Further Education Institute for the annual event of the Carnival of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The Erasmus+ students did an amazing job with their internship alongside the designers Santi Castro, Daniel Pagés and Juan Carlos Armas, the make -up artists and dance groups. For three weeks they devoted themselves to the projects of the designers, understanding their inspiration behind each costume and the passion of the Tenerife’s Carnival. 

We cannot wait for the next year’s wave of light and glitter but until then let us dive into the memories and creations of Carnival 2020. It was one to remember.
