Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs with Tenerife Job Trainings

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is an opportunity for young individuals who wants to start their business in the future but first want to gain insight into a company similar to the one they have already planned. The programme is a win-win situation for both the new entrepreneur and the host entrepreneur because the principles of the programme include the creation of a win-win situation. In this way, the newcomer by helping and shadowing the experienced businessperson in their daily duties can see how it is to have a company and to be an entrepreneur.

It was the possibilities offered by the programme that brought my attention to the TJT: to develop my skills in the tourism industry. I’m Kincso and I come from Romania (Cluj-Napoca), studied economics and worked for a fiance-IT multinational company (Wolters Kluwer) for four years as a functional analyst – but as I always had the thought of having my own business, so I interested in such an opportunity to work directly with a well-established company.

Today is the 13th of January, but I do not think it is an unlucky day. I am having a really great time in Tenerife, my workmates are nice and the weather couldn't be better. During the week, I got more information about how TJT works and what they do, what their projects have been in the past, and what are the current and future projects. I found out what platforms they use to organise their daily activity. I helped two students with the administrative integration. I try to fit in and lend a helping hand. However, I have a lot of experience and adventure ahead of me. Stay tuned, because I will be back with another report soon!
