This time we went to Estonia to present our erasmus + Casas Alberto projec.

“MINDS into MATTER - the "Book of Business" sustainable training tool in the tourist industry”.

Partners from Iceland, Poland, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Estonia and Spain worked during two years to complete this project. The main idea was to strengthen key competencies and to increase the job ability in the fast growing field of tourism. We discussed, analyzed, designed and tryed out a sustainable training tools for entrepreneurs, online and easy to use “The Book of Business” (BoB). At the same time we worked on adult education by training mentors. BoB is seen as a lifelong learning process. This is a simple and smart way to increase skills and ability for tourism companies in Europe, with less formal education.
