Every season we make a party to get together all the students on training with TJT. It is an easy night where they have the opportunity to meet other people doing the same, enjoying the experience, sharing their feelings about living abroad for a while. To me it means a lot, away from their companies, away from the first difficult days when they thought everything was different and difficult and some tears from home sick problems arrived. To see them now happy and enjoying is the best reward to my job. All I want to hear before they go is : I DO NOT WANT TO LEAVE
