The Vásárhelyi Pál Foundation of Békéscsaba Erasmus+ VET short-term mobility project (KA122-VET)

or the academic year 2023-2024, our school is implementing an Erasmus+ VET short-term mobility project (KA122-VET) through its Foundation. The Vásárhelyi Pál Foundation of Békéscsaba will also support the professional and foreign language development of students and teachers of our school through the programme.
From 5 to 12 November 2023, 6 teachers from our technical school took part in a professional visit to Tenerife in the field of structural engineering to improve their knowledge. The teachers who took part in the programme will share their experiences with their colleagues and incorporate the knowledge they have acquired into their lessons. The focus of the buildings and architectural works visited during the mobility was on exploring environmental awareness and adapting to local opportunities.
The sites visited during the programme were related to the field. Alcalá church (Guía de Isora), GF Victoria Hotel, Plaza de España' in Adeje, visit to the ARTS building in Los Americas, Auditorio de Tenerife in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, visit to the construction site of the PLACA architecture studio. As a special attraction, the participants also visited the eco-farm "LA CALABACERA", an agricultural wonder where the creators of the farm are cultivating
environmentally friendly crops based on local traditions.
