It was a breath of fresh air (literally) . We hiked through Vilaflor, but the real journey was walking in the footsteps of the women who’ve shaped Tenerife. It was about the untold stories of local women whose work, though often overlooked, is the backbone of the community. Without their contributions, so much of what we see today simply wouldn’t exist. Women’s work might not always get the recognition (or the paycheck) it deserves, but let’s be real—without us, none of this would work.
