Our role as partners in the Erasmus+ project: BoB as a Bate – better adult training (BABBAT) is to develop competence and good methods for adult trainers to motivate low skilled adults for stronger engagement in lifelong learning to enhance their working lives opportunities through entrepreneurial skills. The goal of BABBAT is to develop and test a tool for adult trainers to use in adult training (focusing on low skilled adults): in entrepreneur thinking, social responsibilities, language competences and digital skills. Jobs are changing, vanishing and we need to find a way to sustain ourselves. Equipping low skilled people with new ways of thinking, motivating, and involving them back in education, might be the strongest move we can take to preserve and to prepare us for the future.

We are part of this international project funded by Erasmus+ Programme that brings the European Strategy EU2020 to the hospitality sector. By applying smart solutions in all tourism service steps based on an international team of scientific and innovation institutions from Lithuania, Estonia, Spain and Greece. The project aims to help businessmen to learn how to do tourism business smarter.

Around 2016-2018, we had the pleasure of taking part in the Mind into Matters Erasmus+ project, with the aim of developing a sustainable training tool in the tourism industry called "Book of Business". This project’s objective is to increase and potentiate employability and innovation competences in the tourism sector in a six-year term. Once the Book Of Business it’s finished, it will be a key tool for the tourism business, as an operation manual for operative, quality, professionality and learning processes.
